I have lived in the Waynesville, Maggie Valley area for almost 35 years. I have been at my home in Utah Mountain Estates for 28 years. My wife, Barbara, and I have two grown daughters, 7 grandchildren, and our first great grandchild due in May 2009. I love the mountains, hiking, trout fishing, and camping. I am very familiar with every part of the county, or as we say in the mountains, every hoot 'n holler. My family on both my mother and father's side goes back 8 generations or more in the North Carolina and Virginia mountains.
